Initiate Request
Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal within 7 days of delivery to submit your request with your order ID and photos of the product.
Quality Evaluation
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours to ensure the hair extension has not been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Secure Packaging
Once approved, pack the item securely in its original Nish Hair box, ensuring all clips, care cards, and freebies are included to avoid deductions.
Reverse Pickup & Refund
We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address; once the item reaches our warehouse and passes final inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.
